This privacy policy covers the use of the Yiktik web site at http://www.yiktik.com, hereafter referred to as "Yiktik","Site" or "Service Provider", including how Yiktik treats personal information that Yiktik collects and receives. Pursuant to Yiktik's Terms of Service, you must be 18 years and older to use this site. Therefore, this policy makes no provision for individuals under 18 years old.

- Yiktik will not sell or disclose your name or e-mail address to third parties without your explicit consent, except as specified in this privacy policy.
- Yiktik collects personal information when you register to use Yiktik services or to post content on Yiktik. At registration you are asked for your email address and also certain other optional information.
- Yiktik automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookies, and the pages you request.
- Yiktik uses information for the following general purposes: products and services provisioning, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, research, and anonymous reporting.
