Acceptance Of Terms
Please read these terms of service carefully before using the services. By accessing this site or using any part of this site or any content or services (as each is defined below) on the site, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the site or use the content or any services in the site. Yiktik's acceptance is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all of these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms; if these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Yiktik, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Description Of Service
Subject to full compliance with the Terms of Service, Yiktik may offer to provide certain services and content, as described more fully on the Site, hereafter referred to as "Services". Services shall include, but not be limited to, any content and service Yiktik performs for you, as well as the offering of any materials displayed, transmitted or performed on the Site or through the Services (including, but not limited to text, user comments, messages, information, data, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, software, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content"). Yiktik may change, suspend or discontinue the Services including any content for any reason, at any time, including the availability of any feature or content. Yiktik may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

General Terms
  • You must be 18 years and older to use this site or have permission from a legal guardian. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your username.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Yiktik users.
  • You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links, hereafter referrred to as “Content”, that you submit, post and display on the Yiktik service.
  • You must not use the Yiktik's Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
  • You must not modify, adapt or hack Yiktik.com or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Yiktik.
  • You must not post or transmit, or cause to be posted or transmitted, any communication or solicitation designed or intended to obtain password, account, or private information from any Yiktik user.
  • You must not create or submit unwanted content hereafter referred to as "Spam".
  • You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • You must not, in the use of Yiktik, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • You agree not to use the site with the intention of artificially inflating or altering the vote count, rating, comments, or any other Yiktik service, including by way of creating separate user accounts for the purpose of artificially altering Yiktik's services; giving or receiving money or other remuneration in exchange for votes; or participating in any other organized effort that in any way artificially alters the results of Yiktik's services.
  • You must not advertise to, or solicit, any user to buy or sell any products or services. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent.
  • You must not attempt to impersonate another user or person.
  • You agree not sell or otherwise transfer your profile.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Yiktik account. While Yiktik prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Yiktik is a venue and as such is not responsible for the Content posted on its web site and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Yiktik service at your own risk.

General Conditions
  • Yiktik reserves the right to modify or terminate Yiktik or any of its service for any reason, without notice at any time.
  • Yiktik reserve the right to alter these Terms of Service at any time. If the alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Service, Yiktik will notify you through an announcement on the Site. What constitutes a "material change" will be determined at Yiktik's sole discretion, in good faith and using common sense and reasonable judgment.
  • Yiktik reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Yiktik may, but has no obligation to, remove Content (Content includes, for example, stories, story descriptions, and comments submitted to the site) and accounts containing content that Yiktik determine in Yiktik's sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy or other policy documents and community guidelines as posted on Yiktik.
  • Yiktik reserves the right, but undertakes no duty, to review, edit, move or delete any material provided for display or placed anywhere on the Site, in its sole discretion, without notice.
  • You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any private images you have stored in the system. By uploading images and item description content to Yiktik, you agree to allow other Yiktik users to view them and you agree to allow Yiktik to display the images and content on Yiktik (for example, in your profile on Yiktik) and store the images, item description, profile and other content.
  • Yiktik, and other Yiktik graphics, logos, designs, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or trade dress of Yiktik.com in India and/or other countries. Yiktik's trademarks and trade dress may not be used, including as part of trademarks and/or as part of domain names, in connection with any product or service in any manner that is likely to cause confusion.

Disclaimer
Yiktik has no way of verifying the authenticity of the information contained in Content submitted to this site. You agree that you abide by your own clear discretion when you are making any decision based on information contained in this site and that you will not hold Yiktik, Yiktik's subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and Yiktik's users liable under any circumstances arising out of that decision.

Registration Obligations
As a condition to using Services, you are required to register with Yiktik and select a password and user name ("Yiktik User ID"). You shall provide Yiktik with accurate, complete, and updated registration information. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the Terms of Service, which may result in immediate termination of your Yiktik account. You may not (i) select or use as a Yiktik User ID a name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person; (ii) use as a Yiktik User ID a name subject to any rights of a person other than you without appropriate authorization; or (iii) use as a Yiktik User ID a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene. Yiktik reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a Yiktik User ID in its discretion. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Yiktik password. Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old, whether acting on their own behalf or as an authorized employee or representative of a corporation or other business entity. If you do not so qualify, do not attempt to register for or use the Services.

Content Submitted To The Site
You agree that by posting messages, stories, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication with or through the Site, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, enhance, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, display, or sublicense any such communication in any medium (now in existence or hereinafter developed) and for any purpose, including commercial purposes, and to authorize others to do so. In addition, please be aware that information you disclose in publicly accessible portions of the Site will be available to all users of the Site, so you should be mindful of personal information and other content you may wish to post.

Fees and Payments
Service Provider or third parties may charge you fees for products or services offered for sale through the Site, and/or for access to portions of the Site or the Site as a whole. You agree to pay all fees and charges, including applicable taxes, incurred through your account at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any products or services offered for sale through the Site by Service Provider or by any third party vendor or provider (such fees, charges and taxes shall collectively be referred to as "Fees"). Service Provider reserves the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any Fees, and to institute new Fees, effective upon prior notice to you. Any additional Fees (other than renewal fees) will be charged at the time they are incurred. If payment cannot be charged to your credit, debit or charge card or your payment is returned to Service Provider for any reason, including charge back, Service Provider reserves the right to either suspend or terminate your account and all its obligations under this Agreement.

Copyright Issues
Service Provider may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, suspend or terminate the access of and take other action against users, subscribers, registrants and account holders who infringe the copyright rights of others. Service Provider will remove any content which violates the copyright laws upon a valid request from the actual copyright holder. To submit a request for removal please use our contact form and include the following information.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf.
  • A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.

Yiktik, Yiktik's subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and Yiktik's suppliers provide Yiktik's web site and services "AS IS" and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. Yiktik, Yiktik's subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees and Yiktik's suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You release Yiktik from all liability you have acquired or not acquired through the Site or the Services. The Site or Services may contain, or direct you to sites containing, information that some people may find offensive or inappropriate. Yiktik makes no representations concerning any content contained in or accessed through the Site or Services, and Yiktik will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, legality or decency of material contained in or accessed through the Site or the Services.
